Communication is key to our success and providing the highest quality services to our customers. Owner, John Schott personally replies to every email, text or phone call. Most initial replies to job requests are made within a couple of hours, if not sooner, during normal business hours. If you don't get a reply quickly I am either driving, on my machine or talking with another customer. Every job request is important and I am excited to hear about your potential project!
Unfortunately, due to high call volume of telemarketers I don't always answer my phone. But, please do not be discouraged! A quick voicemail, text or email stating that you would prefer to talk to me personally and I will call you right back. I prefer the same when calling a service so I do my very best to return the same to you. Depending on the time of year, I can't get to every job right away. But please contact me to determine if it's a job that can be completed quickly on short notice. Many times thru the week I have openings for quick turn around projects. And, I do have cancellations from time to time that opens up availability. March through November are the busiest months. December through February are the slowest months, but still in operation. Most outdoor projects can be completed in the winter weather permitting and we offer discounted winter rates!
