Foliage and Farm Fence Removed by Schott Services
We’re doing a total fence removal today. This includes a wooden farm fence, lots of weeds, and a few trees. The fence is dotted with this foliage all the way from end to end. Once we’re done, the land will be totally flat. Call or text us for all of your landscaping needs at 317-784-8760 or email pictures at HappyDumpTruck@gmail.com.
The fence is wood, so we use a chainsaw to cut the fence rails off of the support posts with a chainsaw. After that we hop into our mini skid steer and knock down the posts with the lower lip of our root grapple attachment. Then we collect the wood logs into substantial piles and make use of our grapple again to haul the logs to our truck.
Next up on the to-do list is removing the trees. With the chainsaw we cut off all the low-hanging branches. This gives our mini skid steer access to the tree trunks. With this access we dig out the trees with our stump bucket. It doesn’t just work for stumps; it can dig up whole trees too!
Next is a real-time stump removal. If you want to see the mini skid steer and stump bucket in real-time, skip to 4:17 in the video.
With the first stump out, we move on to each and every other stump along the fence’s path. The stump bucket makes quick work of them. Now we switch our attachment to the root grapple once again, this time to gather up all the dug up bushes and trees and move them to our truck.
The last part of this job is flattening the agitated earth. Our leveler attachment does an excellent job of this, taking the rough ground and smoothing it out. All the stuff we did for the job—fence removals, foliage management, stump digging—we can do for you too! Just contact us at 317-784-8760 or HappyDumpTruck@gmail.com for a free estimate!
